Cheri’s Blue Corn Cookie Mix

Blue corn, also known as “Hopi corn” or “Southwestern Beauty,” is prized for its vibrant blue color as well as its sweet, nutty flavor and hearty fine texture. Blue corn is still cultivated by Native Americans of the Southwest. For them, blue corn has significant spiritual importance. It represents the Eastern rising sun, the beginning of life, wisdom, and understanding.
