Azalea ‘Lemon Ice’ Yellow Blooms

Deciduous Azalea

Exbury Hybrid

Zones 5-8

Lemon Ice displays clear pale yellow clusters of 18-30 blooms in mid-spring through late spring. The pale yellow flowers are quite attractive and brighten up the garden. Lemon Ice makes a great yellow deciduous azalea for the landscape and garden reaching 6 ft in height by 4 ft in width in 10 years. In Zone 7 and 8 in the South, make sure to give ‘Lemon Lights’ protection from the hot afternoon sun. Like most deciduous azaleas give ‘Lemon Ice’ good drainage and organic matter when planting.
