Pinus strobus ‘Niagra Falls’
Weeping White Pine Tree

Zones 3-8

Pinus strobus ‘Niagra Falls’ is a dense cascading white pine selection that was found by Mike and Ken Yeager. The weeping habit of ‘Niagra Falls’ is extremely cascading. We recommend staking ‘Niagra Falls’ to make a taller specimen, however if you don’t stake ‘Niagra Falls’ it becomes quite prostrate, crawling across the ground. I would expect this would make quite a unique ground cover. ‘Niagra Falls’ won the Conifer of the Year Award with the American Conifer Society in 2009.
